By using Sentio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
Sentio provides voice recording, transcription, summarization, and note organization services. We strive to provide accurate transcriptions and AI-generated summaries, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The service is provided "as is" with no warranties.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, including voice recordings and transcripts. By using Sentio, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload or record.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sentio for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
